By registering for and participating in this hackathon, you acknowledge and agree that the organisers may photograph, film, and audio-record your participation and project presentation. You grant the organisers and their partners a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display these recordings (including your name, likeness and voice) for event documentation, promotional and educational purposes, in any media now known or later developed.

If you would prefer not to be individually featured, please inform the organisers in advance or at check-in so we can provide a “no photo” indicator and make reasonable efforts to accommodate. Note that general “crowd” shots may still capture you incidentally.

  • Winners Announced: Sunday, 30 November 2025, after jury deliberation

✅ Eligibility

  • Open to students, professionals, and enthusiasts of all backgrounds.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

  • Both beginners and experienced hackers are welcome.

  • Teams may have between 2 and 5 members.

  • All projects must be developed during the hackathon timeframe.

📦 Project and Submission Requirements

Each team must submit:

  1. Project description — what you built, the problem it solves, and who it’s for.

  2. Demo video (max 3 minutes) — showcasing your hack in action.

  3. Link to code or prototype — GitHub repo, plugin file, or prototype URL.

  4. Team details — all members’ names and roles.

  5. Challenge track selection — indicate if your project is for:

    • MuseHub Challenge

    • Audiotool Challenge

    • Open Category

⚖️ Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

Projects will be judged on the following:

  • Creativity & Innovation (25%) — originality of the idea.

  • Technical Execution (25%) — how well the project works.

  • Impact & Usefulness (25%) — who benefits and how significant is the value.

  • Presentation (25%) — clarity and quality of the demo and submission.

Winner Selection:

  • An jury of experts in music and technology will review all eligible submissions.

  • Scores will be based on the above criteria.

  • Winners in each track will be announced during the closing session on 30 November 2025.
